- Synopsis
- With the director's self-invented directing method:shoot VR for the cinema,the film is set in a digital virus war,a dying woman made of analogue film - CINEWOMAN,emotionally solves a logical math equation from Machine O to save her life.She finds film fragments in parallel universe and explores their stories through calculus and cubism,on old v.s new, tech v.s human,as she meets her other selves representing family,sexuality,friends,and home for self-salvage and peace.The film is for filmmakers,analogue film and world citizens’ universality and peace. It challenges cinema boundaries by its narrative mixing art and math,unusual audio-visual style and its additional blockchain strategy.
  
  The film starts as Cinewoman is dying in a digital pandemic,trying on Machine O to save herself.Step O1 is to record her life statement.Step O2:solve (x-h)2+(y-k)2= r2 for the value of h,k,r,with 7 prompts.At O2.1,she is teleported to a desert where she finds a 35mm film box.In a weird theatre,she meets another self and together watches the film,about a tree child accidentally killing her tree mom.Back in Machine O,she apologizes to her “mother-looking self”.O2.2: she finds a film about a girl agrees to circumcision for her mother.Cinewoman tells her “mother self” she loves her.O2.3:she finds a film about two lonely aliens speaking cocodes/music meet in premortem purgatory.Then Cinewoman re-friends with her “alien friend self”. O2.4: she finds a film about a dominant waterdrop falls in love with and destroys a female scientist.Then Cinewoman condemns a “raper male self”.O 2.5: she finds a film in a church, on a transgender priest’s struggle.Cinewomen’s male and female selves forgive and love. Here, she finds h,k=0; O2.6:a film to her home.Her dress turns Chinese and this self chats with a Caucasian self.O2.7:she gets the last film in ocean about 5 women.She becomes them and pilgrims on earth.Finally she finds the r value – infinity and kisses herself.She is reborn.
