A wave of interventions link to paint, performance and dance begins, performing impossible follies like running around the government palace for 1800 hours, all this to demand reforms to the educational system. This is the story of a social uprising, a story told by the artists and students who change the public opinion of a country, resignifying the protest by bringing arts and culture to the streets.
