    • It took only six years for René Redzepi to transform himself from the ugly duckling of cuisine to the crowned swan of the gastronomic world. After cooking at some of the world’s most prestigious restaurants, including working for Ferran Adria at El Bulli, Redzepi, became head chef and co-founder of Noma in 2003 at the age of just 25. Since then, he has received huge international acclaim, including Noma’s recognition as the Best Restaurant in the world in 2010, 2011, and 2012. In April 2012, Redzepi was named one of Time Magazine’s 100 Most Influential People in the world.
Filmed over 12 months, NOMA, MY PERFECT STORM explores the particular pathway that led René Redzepi to become one of his generation’s most respected chefs. From the revelation that catalysed the rebirth of Noma to Redzepi’s special friendship with his suppliers, the film is a stunning journey inside the mind of the world’s greatest chef.
