- Synopsis
- Shogo was left blind and mute from an accident but was able to live a fruitful life as a composer. He receives ongoing therapy from the hospital where Kana works as a nurse in the emergency ward. She soon finds herself attracted to Shogo as they spend time together in the hospital. Just when their relationship is about to blossom into romance, Shogo gets hit by a car and dies in the emergency ward. At the moment of Shogo's death, a blue shooting star falls and gives him the chance to live again for a few more days with both sight and speech restored. There is a catch however, he will be both unrecognizable to everyone who knew him and forbidden to reveal his true identity. Shogo must find a way express the feelings of affection he was unable to articulate when alive.
