- Synopsis
- A story of romance and fate that crosses the years and perseveres in faith. Their story begins in high school, where Su Yunjin (Liu Yifei) is a struggling transfer student from a small town, while a rich heir and the class’ star student, Cheng Zheng (Kris Wu) sits right behind her. Having developed a crush on her, he pursues her all the way through their college years, though they studied in separate locations.
  For once, Yunjin allows herself to follow her heart and accepts Zheng’s invitation to love, in spite of their very different backgrounds and many obstacles. Filled with happiness, they moved in together after university to start a life together, but very soon reality catches up with them. Two years after graduation, their opposite personalities and vastly different family backgrounds begin to create misunderstandings and hidden expectations – and so, they part ways.
