- Synopsis
- Jareb Faria, a mysterious and wealthy businessman, moves to Miami and takes Alex Montes under his wing, before darker motives come to light. Alex soon realizes he is merely a pawn in an elaborate plan to take revenge on members of his family and their friends. Slowly but surely, Jareb's snare encloses on them and Alex struggles to protect those he loves, while discovering the ill deeds in his parents' and their friends' past. Inspired by 'The Count of Monte Cristo', Nemesis moves the story to contemporary Miami, referencing the filmmakers' Cuban heritage.
