    • When systems fail on the B1 supersonic bomber that Jessie (Swank) is piloting on a secret mission over hostile territory, she ejects and descends into the black, nighttime abyss of a Venezuelan jungle. Injured, separated from her co-pilot and with only a radio for communication, Jessie is far from safety.

      Tomás — an unassuming Venezuelan man—emerges from the thick forest insisting that he is part of a highly confidential, government-sanctioned rescue team assigned to bring Jessie home.

      What choice does Jessie have? In terrain completely unfamiliar to her, Jessie and Tomás embark on a knife-edge journey from dangerous wilderness through labyrinthine city streets, slipping through military checkpoints and dodging enemy soldiers. Jessie is a pilot who has only experienced war from 40,000 feet, hidden from the consequences of her actions on the ground, now thrust into an excruciating and visceral crucible that ultimately becomes a test of the soul.

      Can she trust a stranger in the night to bring her back alive in a world webbed with lies, across the lines designed to divide us?
