- Synopsis
- Mystic Rose, fragments of the melancholy retreats representative scenes of the life of Saint Rosa de Lima at the beginning of the XVII century. The film pictures the most intense and revealing episodes of her character and her vital search. At the same time, this episodes tells the life of a woman that achieves what at that time wasn´t common and acceptable: to live an independent life and the practice, free of boundaries, of her own spiritual search.
