    • Synopsis
    • With plenty of humor, irony and even some love, PAULA FINKELSTEIN follows her mom, SHEILA FINKELSTEIN, as she journeys through concert venues, online posts and snowy road trips. Always, skeptical of her mother’s overwhelming passion and unrelenting determination to bring the power of the “Dead” back to their religious suburban Jewish home, Paula finally agrees to accompany Sheila (with video camera in hand) to a “Dead-related” show, exposing her to a world of music, community and ever-disdained hippie culture. Will the music be able to bridge the wide generational gap and form the unique mother/daughter bond that Shelia has been impatiently yearning for?
