    • In the year 1402 (2023), during the Iranian uprising (Woman, Life, Freedom) against mandatory hijab following the suspicious death of Mahsa Amini, who was detained by the morality police, numerous young Iranian men and women were killed by police forces. A young Iranian girl, who has been friends with an American girl for several years through Instagram and dreams of coming to the United States, participates in the protests against the Iranian regime and goes missing.

This film is based on real events that occurred during that time and is inspired by the life of Nika Shakarami, one of the teenagers who was mysteriously killed. All footage related to Iran was filmed secretly.
