- Synopsis
- A breath is the symbol of the moment we come to this world and the last thing we do before we die. Breathing is what keeps us alive. The term ‘apnea’ signifies the state of ‘non-breathing’, as well as a freediving discipline. This is a film about the pleasures and risks of holding one’s breath to the maximum, and about the limits of human abilities. Goran, a world record holder in freediving, enjoys the sensation produced by a lack of oxygen despite it being life-threatening.
