- Synopsis
- Damascus, March 2011.
  Nahla is a single young woman. She leads a dull life in the suburbs, with her mother and two sisters.
  She is introduced to Samir, a Syrian expatriate from the United States of America looking for a wife. For her, that possibility means hope, the hope for a better life.
  Against all odds, he finally decides to marry her younger sister Myriam.
  Since then, she starts getting closer to Mrs Jiji, her new neighbour. She just moved in the building and runs a brothel.
  As the battle intensifies and the family is busy organising her sister’s wedding, Nahla is going to explore Mrs Jiji’s. A place full of fantasies where she will end up facing her own fears and desires.
