    • A guard at Vienna’s Kunsthistorisches Museum befriends a foreign visitor who has been called to Austria because of a medical emergency. Their meetings spark a series of explorations - of their own lives, of the city, and of the way artworks can reflect and shape the world. The museum is seen in the film not as an archaic institution housing historical artifacts, but as a vital and mysterious crossroads.
