- Synopsis
- The city boy named Mr. Theo has friends in the village of Farmington - Sailor the Cat, Mutt the Dog, and the oldster grumbling postman MacGrouchy.
  
  Altogether, they conduct farmer's life balanced with contemporary technologies which seep in every barn these days. The boy prefers to spend time with Sailor and Mutt as they treat him like an adult, unlike his parents who simply don't hear his voice. Mr.Theo has a baby sister Miss Vera, and she wants to live in Farmington too, where she found a very unusual friend.
