- Synopsis
- K and Cream are orphans who know each other in high school. K was abandoned by his mother after his father died of cancer, while Cream lost her entire family in a traffic accident. They become soulmates and come to share a home. Knowing that Cream's biggest fear is being left alone, K keeps secret that he has terminal cancer, and urges her to marry a kind and healthy man. When Cream announces that she is in love with an affluent doctor, K is left heartbroken.
