- Synopsis
- It’s the love-story between Marta, a Venetian married girl, and Leon, a Frenchman. The story takes place in Mantua, during the “Festivaletteratura”. It’s duration (5 days) conditions this relationship, conferring on it the romantic flavour of a “brief encounter”. But Marta’s husband, Dario, will find her diary. It will reveal to him the intoxication of the prohibited, the vertigo of suspicion and the voluptuousness of doubt, inflaming him with renewed passion for her.
