    • Synopsis
    • In Moa, a city on east Cuba, life revolves around the nickel mines. Solange, a passionate biologist, returns to her hometown to conduct an environmental impact study. This task connects her to an ancestral landscape and its imminent menace. As Solange distances herself from the male-dominated mining facility, she opens her eyes to ancient mysteries, ghosts, and legends of the Taíno indigenous people, the original inhabitants of Moa. Chino, her partner, a geologist determined to secure a job promotion in the factory, persists with his drilling efforts despite the conflicts it triggers among then.
