Synopsis
A former librarian who dreams of becoming a writer sinks into bankruptcy, almost reaching the point of indigence. Homeless and adventurous, he decides to move, temporarily, to a shanty town (poor and decayed settlements built up of old metal sheeting and cardboards, where the poorest people live and criminals hide), looking for shelter. Finding love in a beautiful young woman, his friends and the stories of the place make him forget about being a temporary visitor. But the new enemies, the day-to-day closeness to death and several outrages he witnesses, remind him that he doesn’t belong and he must leave. However, no one that enters the slums comes out… at least alive.
