    • Synopsis
    • One day Alexey meets Sashenka – a lively 11-year-old daughter of his neighbor and benefactor Vladimir. The pianist and the girl become friends and, surprisingly for everyone around, very close ones. Society’s reaction, including the parents of both, to their innocent relationship turns out to be hostile and even cruel.
