- Synopsis
- Abused at the hands of her father as a child, autistic Mel is getting her life back together with the help of Zoe her social worker. But when armed gunman, Rob, forces his way into her home after a bungled post office robbery, his mistreatment of her releases the dark side of the seemingly timid and vulnerable woman. Spurred on by memories from her past, Mel kills her attacker, taking her time to savour it. But when Zoe arrives unexpectedly Mel doesn’t believe she really wants to help her. Mistrust and escalating murderous thoughts soon turn to violence and a cat and mouse chase through a darkened wood, where Melanie plans on digging a grave. But who will end up in it as the spiral of shocking events unfold?
