- Synopsis
- Mohamad Sabah, head of the Mashhad Water and Sewerage Facility, travels to Syria with a small team to rehabilitate an abandoned water treatment plant in the city of Aleppo, in order to save the city from the pressure of dehydration and the imminent dangers of facing ISIS. His wife, Leila, is left alone in Mashhad and is worried about him. Mohamad also works for a man named Farrokh Samadi, and he is supposed to deliver the equipment needed by the Aleppo team, but he procrastinates until the Aleppo refinery is overthrown by ISIS and all members of the team are killed. ISIS publishes a film of the bodies of team members. Leila does not find Mohamad's body among the bodies and insists that he is alive. Until Mohamad sends her a message in the telegram saying that he is stuck in a tank. Leila tries to convince the authorities to take action to save Mohamad, but because Samadi has trickily deleted Mohamad's message from Leila's phone, no one believes her. Eventually, Leila manages to go to Aleppo and the rescue team pulls Mohamad out of the tank. It turns out that Samadi wanted to do something to get rid of Mohamad, who realized his malice.
