- Synopsis
- A bullied overweight teen experiences a turning point summer in which he learns to stand up for himself. A Charming coming-of-age film with a likeable overweight lead character and a credible path to transformation. Although the physical nature of Bobby’s job does affect his body, this is a background to the confidence and wisdom gained through his various experiences. By the end of the film bobby, now middle-aged, is changed by the summer of ‘76.
