- Synopsis
- In a desolate suburbs, a lonely man drinks and talks to his TV. He handles everyday life through some miserable little jobs and finally finds a work in a spare-parts recycling factory. He desperately searches for love, so he spends time on the phone, seeking for a possible partner within his contacts. No one answers, but he keeps on trying, he believes in love. Finally, Rosa accepts his invitation and comes to see his last painting, but she turns down his offer of engagement. Mario can’t stand this last confirmation on his loneliness. He then decides to take over and build a mask showing the aspect everybody used to stick on him: a dirty rat better to avoid, he becomes Màuse
