    • Synopsis
    • Between 1939 and 1945, more than 40,000 internees died of hunger in French psychiatric hospitals. Only one place escapes this hecatomb, the asylum of a village isolated from the center of France:
      Saint-Alban-sur-Limagnole. What happened here and nowhere else that was an exception?
      The answer may be in those few hours of amateur films that I accidentally found and which,
      arising from the past, come to testify thousand and one daily inventions of a place of resistance.
