- Synopsis
- A fado singer, a soccer player, a vacuum cleaner saleswoman, a lead singer in a rock band, a poet. All these people have something in common: they are taxi drivers working in a city that struggles to keep its soul in the wake of massive tourism. Lisbon in the Backmirror follows the poetics of everyday life in a neoliberal world in which subjectivity has been annihilated by pragmatism.
