- Synopsis
- Quy and Tham are a young married couple. Quy is a clumsy and awkward man who loves his wife but often disappoints her with his ineptitude. Tham leaves Quy for a seductive man, Thuat who has subtle emotions, flashy appearance and a womanizing lifestyle. In desperation and emptiness, Quy moves to live with Hai, a scoundrel who lives by defrauding others. Taking Quy under his wing as a younger brother, Hai shares his burning desire for revenge against Thuat.
  When the relationship between Thuat and Tham has been discovered by Thuat’s lover, he decides to return to live with her. Tham quietly lives on her own and waits for the birth of her baby, and Quy, while showing respect to Tham's choices, remains in his grief. He consummates his revenge on Thuat and exposes Thuat’s characteristics among the crowd. In a frustrated moment, he follows Hai's advice to steal Tham's money in an effort to convince her to return to him, but when he comes to her house, the two end up sleeping together.
