    • Synopsis
    • When insurance agent Yip Wing-shun (Carlos CHAN) is called to visit Tak (Anthony WONG) and Ling (Karena LAM)’s home to follow up on a life insurance policy, he discovers their son’s corpse hanging in the room. Principled and kind-hearted, Yip suspects that the child may have been murdered.

      As Yip digs for the truth, the real perpetrator turns the tables and forces Yip into a psychological battle of wills.

      Story based on the original Japanese novel 「黒い家」 (translated as “The Black House”) by Yusuke Kishi.
