Mondrian Killroy is an eccentric but brilliant English university professor. We are not sure exactly what he teaches. Although the academic community can't stand him, Professor Mondrian Killroy was adored by the students, who still remember his bizarre and inspired lessons. In particular, over time one lesson -- " Lecture 21" -- has achieved almost legendary status. It dates back to the period when the professor’s studies focused on overestimated works of art, and deals entirely with Beethoven's 9th Symphony. In an hour and a half, Professor Mondrian Killroy tore Beethoven's masterpiece to shreds, paying particular attention to unmasking the Hymn to Joy. Lecture 21 is the reconstruction of that lecture, as it has been handed down in the notes and memories of his students.
