- Synopsis
- Is about three caretakers: LOLA, a dark Latin-American woman,
  IRINA, an Eastern European woman and CARMEN, an Oriental.
  All three have sad stories behind them, they’ve just lost their jobs in a region in the north of Italy and they want to change their lives and cut with the past.
  They get offered work as caretakers/nurses in an Italian nursing home. They are beautiful and captivating but also affectionate, reverent and patient.
  They find themselves in the cosy nursing home of Villa Bella situated in a beautiful location with a view over the lake and thier life change. Here various situations weave together with the old people they have to tend to.
