A group of high class kids wants to reach the final of the most important rock contest in Lima. This forces them to leave their usual geography -the well-off neighborhoods- to two poor districts: El Agustino and Rímac, important venues of the musical movement of that time. This is the starting point of Av. Larco, the film that weaves adolescent love stories and songs created between 1981 and the end of the 90s against the backdrop of economic crisis, blackouts, water shortages, curfews and violence of both the group terrorist "Shining Path" and the forces of order.
