    • Synopsis
    • Land takes place in New Mexico, in the confines of the Indian Prairie Wolf reservation and its outskirts. It is the story of three brothers belonging to the great Denetclaw family.

Raymond, the eldest, is a recovering alcoholic. He works on a cattle farm in order to feed his family. Wesley, the second brother, hangs out with the white population living on the outskirts of the reservation, especially with Sally, the owner of the liquor store where he spends his days getting drunk.

Floyd, the youngest, is serving in Afghanistan. Just when an American army officer announces to the family that Floyd has been killed in action, Wesley is beaten up by a gang of youths, and slips into a coma.
