- The women's compartments of the public railways in Mumbai's commuter traffic are a cosmos in themselves. From a female perspective, the documentary looks at what it means for women in the Indian city to get into a train compartment of the local public transport at 9 a.m. Black and white, intimate images become a shadowy world in which conversations and poems about dreams and hopes of women shed light on what it means for them to preserve their ambitions and freedom in a hyper-industrialized, money-driven and complex world.
