    • Synopsis
    • When the war on the streets becomes personal, no one is safe.

Guzman, a small-time drug lord, takes on Giovanni, the biggest Mafia boss in L.A., igniting a war. Guzman orders a hit on Giovanni’s daughter Carla, but she is saved by Quinn, a suspended undercover police officer who witnesses the attack. He rescues her with his martial arts fighting.

The police offer Quinn his badge back if he agrees to work his way into Giovanni’s organization as an undercover agent. Quinn accepts and becomes Carla’s bodyguard, and naturally they fall in love with each other. Vinny, Giovanni’s ruthless right-hand man who has the hots for Carla, sees Quinn as a rival, and pushes too hard on Carla. Giovani kicks him out of the family.

In revenge, Vinny goes to work for Guzman and they both agree to eliminate Giovani and take over the drug business in L.A., but on one condition – that Carla is to be untouched and become Vinny’s property. Vinny’s men on the inside arrange for an assault on Giovani’s mansion. Vinny executes Giovanni, then kills Guzman and kidnaps Carla–becoming the new crime boss of both gangs.

But Vinny doesn’t realize the incredible cold-blooded fury of Quinn, with his superior martial arts fighting skills, can be lethal–even against his men with automatic weapons.

Quinn takes care of nasty Vinny with a car in spectacular 90’s explosive fashion.. Quinn and Carla make it out alive.
