- Synopsis
- A young bureaucrat finds herself mixed up in a serious case of influence peddling because she manages the drinking water supply of a small township in northwestern France. She finds surprising support from an executive of a major French processing firm, who has been unfairly dismissed by his employer and is out for revenge.
