- All over the Planet, hundreds of small cinema-theaters and art-houses disappear. Huge multiplexes are being born and the struggle for survival is very tough. Hitting the road to seek ‘the oldest theater still running in the world’ is a nice pretext to make a panorama of this situation. But overall, we wish to pay tribute to the personality and imagination of those theater owners and operators who keep on fighting each and every day to enable the dream of cinema on giant screens to remain alive at the age of pocket screens…
