- Synopsis
- Ernesto is done with life—and not in a poetic way. He’s depressed, stuck in a soul-crushing job, and just caught his wife cheating. Unable to muster the courage to end it himself, he hires a discreet company that promises to do the job for him: one-week, sudden death, no warning.
  Then he meets Rita.
  She’s quirky, magnetic, and seems just as lost as he is. As they spend a few odd days together, something strange happens—he starts enjoying being alive. Ernesto tries to cancel the hit, but the company won’t take his calls. So, naturally, he invites Rita on a spontaneous road trip to dodge the assassin he himself hired.
  There’s just one small problem: Rita is the assassin.
  What follows is a chaotic ride through love, lies, and existential panic, as Ernesto and Rita navigate their absurd predicament—with one trying not to get killed, and the other wondering if she’s allowed to change her mind.
