- Synopsis
- The 76-year-old Lily has moved to a nursing home with her sick husband, Max. After a long life together, she must leave the responsibility for the care of Max for the professional caregivers. When ‘the pilot', a charming older man moves into the apartment across, Lily is for the first time experiencing a love and passion that she has been missing in her marriage. She falls in love.
  But neither Lily's family or her surroundings shares her enthusiasm for the new acquaintance and she is plunged into a confrontation and a showdown with her own desire for freedom and the desire to experience and outlive love in her late years.
