- Synopsis
- Famous opera diva Benedicte’s reputation is shattered after she appears in a scandalous drunken video that goes viral. Mortified, she narrowly escapes paparazzi swarming her four-star hotel with the help of Fatou, the outspoken, karaoke-loving housekeeper in charge of cleaning the luxury suite where Benedicte resides full-time. Or rather resided. Finding out that, in addition to losing her job, she has also been kicked out of her home and cut off by her bank, Benedicte has no choice but to accept Fatou’s hospitality, and in return help her achieve her dream of competing in the Karaoke World Championships in Japan.
  But in addition to the constant clash of their big personalities, the two women form a lousy singing duo, despite Bénédicte’s talent and Fatou’s passion. Pulling off victory is a very long shot… but desperate times call for desperate measures.
