    • It is story of artist Kwena Mokwena who creates a modern shrine, THE AFRIKAN FREEDOM STATION dedicated to spirit of his ancestor, Jacob Madumo – a jazzman of the past. But to reach the original jazz spirit, Kwena has to face his estranged father. The pain of being black and gifted in a racist society and the pain between father and son is washed away by music, This is sociological and spiritual response to the racist white gaze which weaves the personal and political in a historical tale of musical triumph.
