- Synopsis
- Investigative reporter Julia Arlen and her husband Jon arrive to Los Angeles for Julia’s secret interview with Rami, enigmatic leader of a freedom movement in hiding. Julia’s former interview with Rami conducted in Rome sheds light on a reluctant prophet who’s been a target of multiple assassination attempts. As Julia prepares for the meeting, however, it becomes clear that she is entangled in a sinister plot. Under tremendous pressure, Julia has a mental breakdown in which she begins to hear and repeat words and phrases from an Italian language learning CD she studied in the past.
