    • Synopsis
    • Against his racist cop fathers wishes, a young white boy dates Wynter, a black girl from New Orleans. After several failed conversations with his son to stop seeing her, Tom (racist cop), seeks out Wynter. He ends up on her doorstep where he voices his dislike to her mother and threatens to take matters into his own hands. With no results, Tom returns to Wynter's house. Wynter's mother's refusal to let Tom see her, results in her death. Wynter and her brother Bryson manage to flee the house. During Tom's pursuit Winter and her brother escape to a nearby park. They are completely unaware of an ensuing ancestral spirit that their mother had previously evoked through prayer. Already afraid for their lives, the kids encounter the ancestral spirit which brings an even greater fear. When Wynter uses her phone to call her father for help, Tom learns her location, and goes to the park to get her. Tom is after Wynter and the ancestral spirit is after Tom seeking to bring justice.
