    • Why would a woman who "has it all" jeopardize everything for a brief affair? In the vein of films like UNFAITHFUL, FATAL ATTRACTION, 9 1/2 WEEKS, INDISCRETION is a taut, steamy, psychosexual thriller set in the arts and political world of modern day New Orleans, Louisiana. Veronica Simon (Academy Award Winner Mira Sorvino) is a successful child psychiatrist married to a high-powered attorney (Cary Elwes) running for US Senate. Veronica falls for Victor (Christopher Backus), a handsome young sculptor who turns her world upside down. With Victor, she escapes her responsibilities and feels truly free. After breaking off the affair, Victor becomes obsessed and refuses to let her go. Haunted by the trauma of his youth, he longs to be part of Veronica's life and will stop at nothing to get it. Be befriends her husband and even goes so far as to seduce their daughter Lizzy (Katherine McNamara). Veronica must finally face up to the consequences of her actions and fight for what's truly important to her or risk losing everything.
