    • Synopsis
    • When you dream about becoming a famous singer, a little blue note-book can sometimes be more useful than Aladdin’s lamp, or an appearance on American Idol !
Lucas is a humble ticket inspector on the buses… he finds just such a note-book… it belonged to his musician buddy, Thomas, who passed away ten years ago. The note-book contains amazing songs which will turn Lucas into a star, bringing fame and fortune… a dream come true.
But then Thomas re-appears… he wasn’t dead at all, just living in India ! He’s staying in Paris for five days before flying back to Pushkar, and his family…
What is Lucas to do ? Tell Thomas the truth ? Confess that Thomas’ songs have made him rich and famous ? The truth is easy, when you have nothing to lose, but this is too huge. Lucas decides to lie…he pretends he’s still a ticket inspector, and that his house belongs to Francis, a rich actor friend, in reality an embarrassing burden who’s been squatting Lucas’ home for the past ten years ! But then, after all, the masquerade only has to last three days…
For Lucas, however, it’s three days of hell… he has to justify the beautiful house, the new Mercedes, the star treatment in clubs and restaurants, and the fans and groupies who hound him… not generally the stuff of a ticket inspector’s daily life. But worst of all, he has to deal with Francis’ blunders and ridiculous behaviour…
Lucas will come to realise, at his own expense, that there’s something much harder than becoming famous… it’s becoming famous and remaining incognito !
