    • Synopsis
    • Dave Leduc, 23, is passionate about martial arts, especially Thai kickboxing or “Muay Thai,” an ancient ghting style recognized for its ferocity. While on a trip to Thailand in 2014, Dave learned about Prison Fight, a rehabilitation program that allows prisoners to reduce their sentence by demonstrating skill and prowess in ghting matches against foreign ghters. Dave signed up and won his ght. The desire to relive that experience hasn’t left him since.

The documentary follows Dave as he returns to the motherland of Muay Thai to train in one of the country’s best gyms, dive into Thai culture and tradition, and nally, face off against a professional-level ghter in a prison tournament. The experience will be so intense that before the end of the trip, Dave will decide to sign a professional ghting contract and stay in Thailand permanently.
