    • Dangerous people will stop at nothing to find Dan, Dede’s missing brother. After his business parter tries to drown her, she discovers a hidden room filled with surveillance equipment and a recording that shows his kidnapping.

      She tracks down his abandoned vehicle near a cave - a lost First Nations holy place - that contains amazing and rare remains of the monsters of old.

      Now Dede must find Dan and learn why he kept his discovery secret, and decide if she can trust him or conclude that betrayal runs in the blood.
