- Synopsis
- Beyrout 1983. The secret life of Lina, 12, is to take care of Siham, her aunt's maid who is 6 years older than her. The younger hides and encourages the older's clandestive love affairs. But the maid simply doesn't pay attention to Lina, and neither does her family, especially her destructive and instable father. In a difficult daily life, that of wartimes, passions and frustrationsns, Lina slowly integrates to an adult life, without making the distinction between good and bad.
