- Synopsis
- Venice 2009. Iago is a very talented student of architecture of humble origins.
  In recognition of his talent, the Biennale has called him to participate in an ambitious project to imagine and design the ‘IDEAL CITY’
  This project means a lot to Iago, who is in love with the Dean’s daughter Desdemona, and he hopes to win the contest and so gain points in the eyes of Desdemona and her father.
  But the arrival in town of Othello, son of a world famous architect with a privileged background and contacts, soon deprives him of his deserved position and also of the woman he’s long been in love with.
  Othello thus becomes for Iago the enemy to be defeated. He has just one sole aim: destroy Othello’s life and shatter his self assurance.
  Meandering along Venice ‘calli’ and ‘campi’ with the aid of cunning Emilia and fickle Roderigo, Iago unleashes a ruthless feud, resorting to deceit and lies, to recover what he believes to be rightfully his.
