    • The Ogiel family struggles to make ends meet... From deep debts to bailiffs to get-rich-quick schemes, Sam, Marie and their two kids survive by collecting junk, fixing it up and selling it on eBay. Alex, their 11-year-old daughter, is preparing for an entrance exam to a prestigious music school, practicing on a piano owned by rich and very mean old lady who lives downstairs. One night, shortly before her big competition, Alex finds the old lady dead in her bed. Desperate to pass the audition, she decides not to tell anyone and embarks upon a gigantic, snowballing fib. One final hair-brained scheme entices them with a potential jackpot. But frazzled family isn't out of the woods just yet...
