- Synopsis
- After the end of the War – Anni burning the bridges with her wealthy family and Veikko being wounded in war – they move into a state-appointed "cold spot", which is virtually an ungutted piece of land. In the midst of the difficulties of everyday life, the past of the main characters almost cuts them apart, but love keeps them together. Finally, the responsibility of the house passes to Anni alone. Homeland is a story of perseverance and, above all, of love.
