In 1988, Chuchu Fasanelli and Walter Kolm, founders of the label Radio Trípoli, edited an Argentine punk compilation that would leave for posterity the cry of anguish and freedom of 10 bands. This documentary tells the story of that cry for freedom in the shape of vinyl records.
